Spacious room, friendly staff, including quick service from housekeeping, particularly when I needed extra pillows and water bottles during my stay.

The lobby and dining area were new and well-maintained, which provided a pleasant atmosphere. the room lacked essential toiletries like body lotion and had limited amenities overall. A frustrating experience arose at check-out, as the staff were not attentive and interrupted our preparation, despite having paid for an extended stay.

The housekeeping service by Frix Jun ensured our room was always neat, which added to our comfort during the stay.

Maintenance issues created significant noise disturbance for five nights, which impacted the quality of our sleep.

the hotel offers a live omelet station at breakfast which is quite a treat. no pool facilities available at this property.

The bathroom door location was well placed, unlike the usual awkward setups. And when I couldn't figure out how to start the fridge, the staff came right away and replaced it because it was broken.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room and it was really spacious, definitely bigger than what I usually get. The cleanliness was impressive, and everything felt modern. The bathroom was lovely too, especially the shower—plenty of space for two! The beds were super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. Plus, the attention to detail was noticeable throughout my stay.

The restaurant team was super engaging with big smiles. Breakfast had loads of choices for a great price. Rooms were kept clean daily with helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were speedy too. Special mention to Yokub, the Russian speaker, who made us feel welcome. The fitness center and spa facilities were handy for relaxing after exploring.

Absolutely loved the proximity to Jumeira Beach! 🌊 The pool was clean and the staff, especially housekeeping with Mr Minhaj, made my stay cozy. A minor drawback was the limited breakfast variety.
